As a child, David Grieve would accompany his mother to her group oil painting classes and at the young age of nine, created his first oil painting and a love of creating that blossomed throughout his adolescence. David studied Fine Arts at the University of Guelph, receiving the Michael Scotchmer scholarship. While a student, he displayed his work in the Zavitz Gallery in Guelph, receiving positive reviews and an opportunity to encounter and connect with collectors. Surrounded by trees and fields, David’s home studio in Brantford, Ontario keeps him close to his wife and three sons. |
